I loved Obamas campaign logo, it was strong, elegant and so damn different from what we are used to seeing from candidates in presidential races. And it works, it really works.  One of my favorite blogs LogodesignLove had a great writeup with pictures of the logos that did not make the cut from the design team. There are some interesting ideas so I wanted to share them here. Also included are clips from Sol Sender who is now at VSA (man those offices look sweet).

So Boston.com is running this amazing 3 part set showcasing photography from events that impacted the world in both positive and negative ways. This is seriously some amazing stuff that needs to be seen and shared. Sometimes through schedules the days and hours just fly by and this feature is a really good way to reflect on 08. Man oh man I still have not finished all of my shopping. Im about to enter full on panic mode this weekend haha. I hope all of you guys are having a great holiday thus far. I’ve decided to go full on with the children’s story  I’ve had tossing around in my head for a year or two now. Definitely will post more here once I get things closer to production. Probably be a month or so. So the website is finally up. Its not 100% as there are still things that need to be added but I desperately needed something up.

Snowstorms about to hit boston in a few hours. Its gonna be awesome
